Clean the inside of your microwave with basic ingredients to get the stuck on foods to wipe away easily for a healthy home.
Is it better to clean it with lemon or vinegar?
Both can be used in your solution together. You can add a squeeze of lemon in the water/vinegar mix to help reduce the strong smell of the vinegar.
Will this deodorize my microwave?
Yes! Vinegar is an acetic acid colorless organic compound which is about 5% acid. The acidic nature of vinegar is a great deodorizer because it’s strong enough to dissolve grease, grime and kills bacteria.
What You’ll Need
- A Microwave safe glass bowl
- White Vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- Dish cloth or paper towels
How To Instructions:
Here are the simple steps to cleaning the inside of your microwave.
- Pour the water and vinegar in a microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 2 minutes
3. Leave the bowl in there for another 2 minutes with the door closed.
4. Open the door and wipe the mess with a damp towel or paper towels. If it’s really bad, you can use a paper towel first to get the majority of the mess cleaned up, then do the final cleaning with a damp cloth.
You’re all done! It’s really easy I promise.
